I don't have a big family, but Easter's never been a big thing for us. Not a problem for me, I don't mind it, we have our own holidays and celebrations.
With Merlotte's closed today it was... eh, it was kind of a bummer to sit around the apartment all day by myself. I thought about going out but all those happy families having brunch together just made me kind of lonely.
I wish Sam had kept the place open, I'm sure he probably could have gotten people to work today. maybe he wanted the day off.
He does make a lot of googly eyes at that blonde waitress who looks a lot like me. It's kinda freaky.
